Shree Vishnu Sahasranama Namasankirtana Mandali (Visankirtali)
Visankirtali is a non-profit organisation. Amounts you give through this website are voluntary donations to support our spiritual and charitable activities — not payments for products or services in the way a shop would operate. For that reason, we do not maintain a commercial “refund policy” like a for-profit business.
Nature of your contribution
When you donate, you are making a gift to the Mandali. Your support helps programmes such as satsangams, events (including the Lakshmi Nrusimha Jayanthi Utsavam), and the general mission of Namasankirtanam. Donations are processed in good faith and used for these purposes.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe a payment was charged twice by mistake, or you entered the wrong amount due to a clear technical error, please contact us as soon as possible at namasankirtanam@gmail.com with your name, date of transaction, amount, and any reference number (for example, from your bank or payment app). We will review genuine cases and respond in a reasonable time. Any adjustment depends on what is practically possible with our bank and payment partners; we cannot guarantee outcomes in every situation.
Change of mind
Because contributions are charitable donations, we generally cannot treat them like order cancellations. If you have a serious concern, you may still write to us and we will consider it with care, but please understand that we are not obliged to return donations except where law or banking rules require otherwise.
80G and receipts
If you requested an 80G tax certificate and provided the required details, we process those according to applicable rules. Questions about certificates are best sent to the same email address above.
